I had them clean a few big areas in my house to include two carpeted stairways. I had low expectations because my carpet is old and hasn't been cleaned professionally in ages, and although I have used various home machines to try to keep them clean, I was planning on having to replace the carpet this year. I was blown away when he was finished! Chris did an AMAZING job! I will definitely be having them back regularly to clean. Chris also mentioned that they even clean and seal grout, so I will be having them back out for that soon too. Incredibly impressed with how clean my at least 10 year old carpet looks.
