Carolina has been doing my hair for years and every single time it’s flawless. She's always accommodating and willing to do what's best for you. She can do it allllllll :) Music is always playing and the rest of staff is so sweet too!

I started going to Joon Drop last year and it has been such a wonderful experience. Carolina is a master of her trade! If you want extensions, she is the person to see. She’s so diligent and takes the time to explain how to care for your extensions and your natural hair. She’s also done my coloring and makes sure everything is seamless. Carolina is a hair magician! When I first started seeing her in NYC she changed my whole hair care routine and installed IBE extensions which made such a huge difference and look amazing. I'd highly recommend seeing her and working with her on your hair journey! She is also incredibly kind, thoughtful, and a master of her craft.
