They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, punctual, clean, took the time to explain the process and followed up with daily videos. My biggest concern was the dust during the process. They spent the entire first day prepping to protect the work areas including walls, glass, finished surfaces, trim, etc. to prevent damage from the dust.
