I would happily recommend PEC FLOORS to anyone looking at redoing their space. The completely redid our entire Studio Floor and it looks incredibly pristine. We had a very good experience working with Shay and the PEC Floors team. We had a small job in a Manhattan coop requiring the resurfacing of a cellar floor that serves an apartment and the building's laundry. Though at 350-400 sq. ft. it was at the low end of the size job that most contractors are happy to take on, PEC was willing. We needed it done soon and in a specific week, which they were able to fulfill. They made minimal dust and cleaned up well. When they say they will do something they do it.
