They did such an amazing job with two cats who had stomatitis and needed full mouth extractions; they were nice, helpful, the cheapest found, did a wonderful job, and the cats are doing great. Any pet related dental matter is highly recommended. Both cats had dental surgery, and the process was straightforward and smooth, with great care for pets and follow-up and aftercare. One of the best vet experiences, with transparent pricing for a mid-life cleaning. Dr. Glass was absolutely amazing, very kind, caring, and patient. The cleaning went so smooth, even with two minor extractions included in the quoted price. They were in contact the entire time, giving updates. Highly recommended for dental needs.
They did such an amazing job with my two cats. They both had stomatitis and needed full mouth extractions. They were nice, helpful, the cheapest we’d found, did a wonderful job, and our cats are doing great. Any pet related dental matter I HIGHLY recommend them. ❤️
The level of care from Pearly Bites is worth EVERY penny! I cannot more highly recommend this practice. If your pet is having dental issues, you will not regret taking them here!!!! They are fully transparent with all diagnoses, expectations, and costs. And their bedside manner with me (having burst into tears after learning we needed to remove a full mouth of teeth) was so empathetic and warm. It was much needed after I had a horrible experience with the annual checkup for my 1.5 year old cat in Williamsburg. I *somehow* was billed over $200 more than I was originally told for the annual, and they used so many scare tactics to try to talk me into services without giving any explanations. That vet left me needing a lot of information, attention to detail, and reassurance. I got everything I needed, and then some(!) with Dr. Livermore and her entire staff!!! They treated Frankie like she was their own, and called to checkup and make sure she has been doing alright, in addition to our follow-up appointment. They always took their time with me, and it felt like I was paying for legitimate CARE for my pet, not just a transactional procedure. Now that she's toothless she is eating again, and even more playful than before!!! She was clearly in pain, and is now feeling so, so much better! This has been such a rollercoaster of emotion, and I absolutely could not have done this without the support of everyone in this office!!
Highly, highly recommend Pearly bites. Dr. Livermore (and the whole staff) treated my dog like she was their dog. So much love and care.
