People are quicker to complain than praise; I brought my lucchese boots here for a minor repair and shine and they did a great job. The service was friendly and it was very affordable. Thank you!

The hook of my bracelet was broken, and I need to replace a new one. It took around 10mins and costs $10. The service was wonderful and reasonably priced. Perfect!

This business shares space with a locksmith.The locksmith told me the shoe repair guy has not been in business for over a year. All shoe repair signage and products are visible but there is nothing to indicate this is no longer a shoe repair business just a locksmith.This business appears to be closed

This is the first Yelp review I decide to write because the current rating is terribly misleading!I have no idea how this place can have five star reviews. I'd select none star if it's in the option. I live across the street and shouldn't have sent any of mine or my gf's shoes to this terrible places just because it's close by.Destroyed two pairs of my gf's shoes, one pair Nicholas Kirkwood flats over 400$ and this pair of Prada over 900$(bought in last winter). Jose told me it's right to use brush to clean the suede but not only the dirt but also the suede itself is brushed out.This is the shittiest shoe repair store I've ever been to, don't let it destroys your loved shoes just because it's cheap, it's cheap because it's terrible.

May be was the time of day or because it was a holiday but they didn't seem like they wanted to work because my shoe shine was anything but a good job. I've been to places where my boots looked like mirrors once they were done but at this establishment the job was barely done well.
