Crystal is the best! She's a genius with both cut and color, a seasoned pro who also happens to be a really cool DJ and photographer--she brings so much aesthetic knowledge to her work.

Favorite place to get a cut for 20+ yrs! Great conversation no matter what chair you sit in. My hair might be easy but I've witnessed em do wonders with some of the most challenging quaff's and demanding personalities NYC has to offer. Only miss pizza more, since moving to LA.

I have been coming to PANYC since 2018 so this review is a long time coming. Billy is a wonderful hair stylist. He manages to leave my hair vibrant and soft. I was prompted to write this review because I am truly in awe of his talent. For years I was getting vibrant red highlights but recent decided to go blonde for the month. He took his time, did a spot test to see how much color he could lift with minimal damage and the result was wonderful. He helped me get the sunkissed blonde I was hoping for! I've attached some pics for reference.
Also the salon itself has a wonderful environment. The stylists here are a lively and talented bunch.
