Because of COVID I sought a local UWS wash/fold laundry at a reasonable price. I also wanted pickup & delivery. I googled and found this wonderful place just 4 blocks from where I live. I used them for dry cleaning in the past & they were marvelous. Since I was unfamiliar with their laundry service, I took a chance with them on my laundry need. I could not be happier. The couple who run the business are warm & friendly, accommodating and reliable. The husband picks up my laundry and then delivers it. The price per pound is close to the lowest price on the UWS - where nothing is cheap - and the work is spectacularly good. All I have to do is put it all away after delivery....read full review

I was hunting for a good dry-cleaner in our new neighborhood and this place had great reviews. I took some sweaters there and the customer service is fantastic. The woman asked me for name and I said I was new, so her husband perked up and said, "Oh welcome!!! We're glad you're here... How are you?" They were so welcoming and kind, and the sweaters came back so well-done and the pricing is great. When I picked them up, they were so delightful; they made my day. I told my fiancé about it and he was smiling when I told him the story; he asked what street, I told him, and he said he's been going there, too and he LOVES them... Upper West Side gem!!!
