One Medical has been the best health care provider I’ve ever used. Great communication, my appointment always starts on time, and I’ve gotten to know my doctor well. They handle prior authorizations with insurance quickly and easily. It’s shockingly good.

Swiftest, smoothest medical visit in recent memory at this new-to-me One Medical office. Courteous, efficient staff (and convenient timing of the visit) enabled me to get a vaccine and give a blood sample in no more than 20 minutes. My only regret is that One Medical is owned by Amazon. I'm boycotting Amazon = no Whole Foods, no Amazon Prime, etc., but am conflicted because OM provides good care.

I've been with One Med for a few years now, but this was the first time at the Bryant Park location. It was great -- everything was right on time, the lab was both available and staffed with terrific folks; and I've stayed with my same provider, Dr. Elizabeth Haskins, who is great and very knowledgeable and competent. The online accessibility and response/communications with the OneMed website are also terrific.
