Om Factory offers an exceptional aerial silk class experience. The instructor's attention to detail, safety measures, and enthusiastic, supportive demeanor put participants at ease, even for those new to aerial arts. With expert guidance and fun commentary, the classes help conquer fears and discover a newfound passion for aerial arts. Participants can look forward to a great workout paired with laughter, good vibes, amazing music, and nonjudgmental encouragement. The aerial yoga classes are also highly recommended, with a great teacher who ensures students feel comfortable and provides clear cues and encouragement throughout the session.
