I came here using the Pulsd promo as my roommate had recommended it to me. The salon is very cute inside, but it is hard to find from the street. Upon sitting down, I was offered a beverage which was great. My hair dresser, Angelo, was 15 minutes late which was a little frustrating as I had somewhere to be after my appointment. He did, however, make up the time as I was just getting a trim and a blowout so it was a quick service. We chatted throughout my entire appointment, and I was so happy with the end result! I will definitely be back.

I'm obsessed with this Gem of a place! It's a tad hard to find (small sign) but the aesthetic, energy, music, employees, and service is amazing. I had highlights done with Stephanie and wow she surpassed expectations! We didn't think we could get this blond and she didddd that. She is so sweet, super attentive to what I wanted, and careful with my curly hair. AND the head massage ... superb.

Nancy is incredible - the very best and most talented balayage artist that I have ever been to!! She is so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. My color and cuts are always stunning. I could not recommend Nancy and O&M enough!
