Always quick to answer the phone and help with any questions. Dr. Siegel and the rest of the staff are true professionals.

I would like to say a few words about my visit to the consultation with Jay, A Motola. They changed me into a gown and I sat for an hour waiting for him in a cold office, freezing while I waited. Okay, Molota didn't do any tests for me. He prescribed gabapentin and sent me home. He said if that doesn't help, go get an epidural. He was arrogant, unprofessional, and completely uncompassionate. The main thing is to get paid by the insurance company for the appointment. I won't go to him for another consultation and won't recommend him to anyone in my circle. As for the reception, the front desk staff are very pleasant and welcoming.

I’m writing to report repeated unprofessional and emotionally painful treatment by staff at this location. I come all the way from Harlem (because our insurance won’t cover any closer NYU for my baby). It’s a long exhausting trip every time, and one visit they kept me waiting over 2.5 hours at the front desk, forcing me to call the insurance to list the pediatrician as “primary.” The insurance never even picked up!!! I was in tears begging them to please just let my baby see the doctor for her vaccination. She was overtired, crying, didn’t sleep half a day when her awake window is only 40 mins to 1 hour at this age. Not even to mention that she has sleepless night before coming to them because of gas issues and colics. They saw me breaking down and still no empathy. I ended up crying hysterically in their bathroom while changing her diaper, completely hopeless.

It was humiliating and honestly traumatizing for a new mom. I did fix the insurance later, but it took me 3 days on the phone for hours annd hours of waiting and they could’ve just shown a little kindness that day. It’s hard enough to have a baby alone in the city with a family coming from far away but they didn’t care ! Seems the opposite they wanted to watch me suffer! They even have been talking between each other saying that there was the same incident Couple days ago that another patient was not able to reach the same insurance And One of them said “ it took forever” Like it’s a shitty insurance and they still persisted. They knew exactly what they were doing to me and my baby!!!

Now after what happened again on our last visit, when the nurse acted aggressive and scared me and my baby, I honestly feel unsafe going there. I’m asking patient relations to review this and find out who exactly was involved. No parent should be treated like this.

I saw Dr. Weed for hyperpigmentation and was prescribed topicals. While that helped somewhat, what was never mentioned was the importance of prevention. I later learned that using simple over-the-counter washes with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, combined with barrier repair, could have stopped many of the bumps that turned into dark marks in the first place. This felt like a big oversight. I wish I had been given more practical guidance earlier instead of only prescriptions. Patients dealing with pigmentation should know it’s not just about fading what’s there, it’s also about stopping new spots from forming.

Good service once I arrived at the office! Dealing with the main NYU Langone scheduling office is like a version of the Hunger Games. They have limited access to actual doctor availability.

Do not go to this practice. While the physicians and staff are very good the practice is run very poorly and you will wait 8 or more months for an appointment.

Love Dr Jacobson - she is incredible. My kids adore her. She is so smart and kind and reliable.Everyone in the office is so kind, and she has literally kept my kids healthy for 18-20 years.

Doctors office messaged me on portal that my longstanding appointment is canceled and that they’re rebooking me for next available which is over six months from now. There is no way to reply to message, I am supposed to call a 1800 number. Horrible bedside and service for totally meh medical care. Do not bother.

    Dear NYU

I hope this message finds you well. As I was reflecting on the past few years, I came across a piece I created during the year of Covid, titled Mother. It holds a special place in my heart, and I would love for you to experience it.

I am truly grateful for your support and for the connections we've shared. and I hope you find something meaningful in this work.

    Warmly,
    Gabriel
