The first visit was ok except for Wil's insistence that everyone needs at least one chiropractic visit per week for the rest of their lives. At $100 a visit at this Grand Central area office he just wants us to make him rich and pay for his high rent. I've gone to chiropractors most of my life and that claim is ridiculous! I also didn't get a proper first visit assessment from him. The second visit he barely did anything and didn't help me with my severe elbow pain which he knew was my main issue. He didn't even touch that area for an adjustment. After asking what I should do about it the most advice I received was to ice it smh. He also didn't put me on the massage table for 10 mins in the second session as promised on my Groupon. I was only on that table on the first visit. I knew the Groupon offer was too good to be true. When I told him that I hesitated to come in after reading bad reviews he flippantly said "oh those are just disgruntled employees"... I doubt that since he was also the office receptionist/administrator during my 2 visits. He is a pushy salesman who even tried to get my elderly mother to sign up for sessions that would've been $82/each because her insurance only pays $18. His sessions are 10-20 mins max. Also, he has patients sign liability releases for the serious condition that my mother experiences. When I asked about that contradiction he said that the likelihood of that happening was the same as our possibilities of winning the lottery. If that's the case why does he have such a long liability release form that is mandatory to sign?! Please! I'm glad she didn't want to do it. I told him that my finances are tight because I'm caretaking now and he said that "everyone has money problems" before bragging about his family. Geez. He also claimed that chiropractors are like trainers who you need to see a few times a week. That is only the case for chronic conditions like a car accident recovery. I have never had such a charlatan experience at a chiropractic office and it was shocking. Also, chiropractors are usually healers. I received no healing while in excruciating pain. That is unethical! I don't even want to give one star.

Would not recommend, my gf and I went in for a visit. We told him what our issues were, specifically mine was a TMJ. In any case, the consultation started with a 10 minutes massage on a machine and afterwards Dr. Will just "adjusted" us by cracking our bones (similar to how you'd crack your knuckles). Pressure was released (like how you'd feel when you crack your neck and knuckles). But none of my issue were developed further. And when I told him my jaw still clicks, he just shrugged it off and asked us to book for another appointment.

I walked into this establishment Nice and polite and instantly got cut off by the receptionist. I brushed off thethe negativity and I had and decided to continue with The appointment. The Dr then came and got me for the session. From the beginning I felt disrespected. When I had brought it up to him he simply said “I’m just being blunt and honest” he then said if I don’t like it I can get a refund and that’s exactly what I did
