Now that the weather has gotten cold, we started getting mice in my apartment. I called NYC extermination to handle the situation. The next day Jose showed up and put out traps boards and place packs. And I am now mouse free. So long Mickey.

We had had a rat seen in our basement. If you ever want to see a woman freak out here it is. I called NYC exterminators and Jose showed up. He was awesome. If you ever have a issue call them. Highly recomended.

Grace was amazing. I called the office and told her that I was freaking out that a mouse ran under my refrigerator. He sent over Jose, who was so caring and nice. He answered all my questions he took the time to do the work and since then I’ve not seen the critter sense. Thank you so much for making me mouse free.
