The coordinator reached out to me after I submitted my request for an appointment online - same day - and secured me an appointment the same day and communicated every step clearly and checked my insurance eligibility an was very transparent and answered all my questions. I visited New York temporarily on holiday last month and suffered lower back pain. Because I was traveling to Orlando the next day (and was afraid there would be no chiropractor to assist in Orlando) I contacted a few clinics (and found Dr. Marshella Thomas after checking other patient reviews).
Everything the prior reviews say are accurate. Dr. Marshella was so patient and took the time to analyze my situation, assist to alleviate the pain and provided excellent education and even reassured me that my home chiropractor is likely doing a good job.
