Great and professional service from the woman who scheduled my job to the tech, Kemar, who did the cleaning (very diligently, I might add) and Meier, who managed my job on site very efficiently. Even arrived on time! I had an area rug, a sectional and a chaise/ottoman done and I'm very pleased with the outstanding results. Will hire again next time!
Wow! Body wax accidentally landed on my couch and I desperately needed it removed. I Googled stain removers online and found this company. I didn’t know what to expect since I never did this before. The company worked around my schedule. David Kramer is a gem, a truly hard worker and extremely polite. He wore protectors on his shoes and I immediately appreciated that. He worked so hard! Never complained. Was so cheerful and professional. The stain Thank G-D was successfully removed. Meanwhile this was hard body wax! Great service, highly recommended! I booked the appointment just one evening before, and they were quick to provide a COI to satisfy my building's requirements — no delays or back-and-forth needed. Jack stayed in touch leading up to the appointment, keeping me updated and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. On the day, Felipe handled the actual cleaning and did a fantastic job — thorough, careful, and clearly experienced.
