I had a wonderful experience with NY Steamers. First, scheduling over email was a breeze. Plus, they were super accommodating with my building which required a COI and indemnification letter.

The day of, Jack was super communicative via text, kept me updated on their ETA, and even accommodated a change in my schedule.

Once Jack arrived he took a look at the couch and we made a plan - including being willing to do my pillows at no extra charge! Then a few minutes later Felipe arrived for the cleaning - he was super professional and clearly very skilled.

Recently used NY steamers for my area rug and loveseat. The experience was very positive from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and they were very accommodating with building requirements (i.e. timing, COI). The team was very friendly and professional. Meir was honest about competitive pricing and how their services were higher quality and he was absolutely right - with so many companies in NYC, glad to have gone with NY steamers as the price was fair and the quality was excellent. An HVAC replacement mix-up resulted in a plume of black coolant spewing on my new sofa and 13' window shades. NY Steamers were contracted to perform the cleanup. Xavi and team were consummate professionals. They immediately wet-vacced the black stains from sofa. Xavi made several follow-up visits to assess the correct cleaning method for the rather cumbersome solar shades. Once confident he had the right solvent and a game plan, he brought the shades off site for a thorough cleaning. Both the sofa and the shades are as good as new. I couldn't be more pleased with Xavi's professionalism, the clarity of his communications, and the final results.
