B took a design concept for a vine + Sanskrit addition to my owl tattoo and ran with it. Tons of attention to detail (even in making sure my body was comfortably positioned while setting up), friendly & professional, kindly tolerated every “can we move this up slightly, no wait it looked better where it was before…” bit of my obnoxious until the design was exactly what I wanted. And the price was super reasonable - surprisingly so for NYC. Will definitely be back!

Spencer is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I went to him abt a yr ago with an infected piercing, and he was the only one who truly helped me when no one else could. I js went back for another piercing issue, and once again, he was amazing and so reassuring. I highly recommend him!

Spencer is hands down the best tattoo artist I’ve ever worked with. After 16 tattoos together, I can honestly say there’s no one I trust more with my ideas, my skin, and the overall experience. What really sets him apart is his ability to not only create incredible original work, but to transform existing pieces —he reworked three tattoos I used to dislike into some of my absolute favorites. That alone speaks volumes about his skill and artistic vision.
On top of that, Spencer is just an all-around great person to work with. He’s easygoing, approachable, and genuinely listens, which makes the whole process feel collaborative instead of intimidating.... read full review
