I needed some electrical tape to fix my headphone cord. They just offered me to fix it for free! So I bought a small flashlight I needed anyway, and they gave me extra batteries for free!! This is a type of a hardware store that used to be everywhere in New York, organized, floor to ceiling shelves, helpful staff…, which is on the way to extinction. So hard to find nowadays. We need to protect a NY staple like this!

I was looking for a place in Midtown to duplicate a key fob (not a very simple one, but also not unique). Called several places, no one had needed equipment. At this place the guy replied that most likely they can help, but needed to check the actual fob to confirm. I brought it in and within a couple of minutes they confirmed the possibility and made a copy. And it works great!

Super friendly salesman who helped me find exactly what I needed for putting a small TV mount on drywall. He took the time to show me how the wall anchor worked and found the right bolts.
