I hired Miguel to replace an old wood porch with a new one. As listed in the contract, he was supposed to use new pressure treated lumber. Instead he used substandard wood with knots as well as the 40 year old wood from the old structure for the new porch supports. Months have gone by, but it doesn't seem like he will fix his poor construction. He obviously does not stand behind his work. Not a good policy to build a business.
Miguel did exactly what I wanted. He cut tiles in the shower and put grout in the appropriate places.
