I wanted to share an honest review of my experience.

I visited this shop while searching for a wedding cheongsam/qipao, as there are limited in-person options in Manhattan. Given my measurements (bust: 37inches - waist: 31inches - hips: 41inches), I’m aware that I typically need larger sizes in traditional sizing, and I was prepared for that going in.

The staff member was able to find a dress in size XXL that fit well and could be tailored, which I appreciated. However, during the fitting, she repeatedly suggested that I go to the gym and lose weight to improve how the dress would look. extremely terrible service. I am coming to hem my pants. They offered a price then adding additional charges. They hemmed the length not to my requirement. They keep blaming the customer for not clear about the length without offering any help with the problem. I hemmed my pants at other places with no problem. Just came in today since my usually going place was off. Don’t come.

They don't let you try on dresses unless "you are ready to pay today". I was just there minding my own business browsing the dresses, and they were like 'don't knock over the mannequin'. 1) I didn't even touch the mannequin, 2) why do they put this mannequin right next to the dresses if they have to constantly be worried.
When I took a dress out and laid it on the counter, they were upset.

The rudest business I've been to - and I say this as someone who grew up in HK and am used to the Chinese services. I was so annoyed by them I just left. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
