Neurosport PT is a staple in the Broadway community. They literally help us making the show go on. I’ve seen a few different PTs at Neurosport over the years but have mainly worked with Meredith, Steve and Ricky. They have successfullyhelped me navigate a few injuries over my career. I’ve been coming here for the past couple of months after a work injury (ACL surgery), and I’m so thankful I did. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your recovery. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and always has a great energy - and surprisingly quiet for being right next to a NYFD!
Meredith has been amazing to work with—she’s attentive, encouraging, and really tailors each session to fit your needs and goals. I’ve seen real progress in my strength and mobility thanks to everyone here.

I’ve been to neuro for a couple of years now for my acl and ive seen every physical therapist here. I wish i could say a bad word about anyone! They’re all so attentive and really know how to treat injuries! These miraculous healers made it so i dont need acl surgery for my completely torn acl! I still come here to ensure upkeep of my knee but i wouldn’t want to stop coming even if i didn’t need it. That’s how good they are. Plus great equipment and spacious. Katherine is probably the best but literally everyone else was great too. No complaints - highly recommend - and ive been to various places too.

Ricky was recommended to me by my orthopedic doctor and I am so grateful he is who I ended up with. He has a background in personal training and building bodies so he is well versed in individuals who are passionate about continuing fitness and having a body that can function at a high level. From the first appointment, I felt very listened to, taken care of, and that I was in the best hands. Speaking of hands, he’s got strong ones! He knows when to push you and when you need a more gentle approach. I am so much stronger and in tune with my body and my injury since working with him. I feel confident that no matter what ailment you are dealing with, Ricky Locci is the man to build you back better than before.

Wonderful practice with a really kind and caring team of PTs who know what they are doing. I washed up here last fall in a post natal haze and a knee injury that made even climbing stairs a challenge. I was assigned Alaina, who listened closely to my issues and worked with me slowly and steadily to get me back to fitness. I owe her everything positive about my body now! Having eavesdropped on the other PTs with their patients, I am pretty sure that the others are equally awesome. The communal atmosphere with its large, airy and sunlit open space made such a difference, even in the depths of winter. Listening to the banter of the Broadway community made the experience extra special. This place feels like a special village where you go to heal in all sorts of ways - not with fancy equipment, but very sound medicine and a lot of heart. And a special shout out to Sherri, who just makes my day when I walk through the door by emanating good cheer (and an amazing scent from her aromatherapy diffuser). She is the expert on all things insurance and was kind enough to refer one of my friends who wasn't covered for Neurosport to a practice that would take her insurance. Your account is safe in her hands! Please keep going here, they are taking extreme precautions with covid and will keep you safe.

Nice people and well meaning, but they really don't know what the hell they're doing. Misdiagnoses, cookie cutter answers for every issue, and mostly hands-off...most appointments ended up with me doing a bunch of kind of lame and ineffective exercises, by myself, for most of the appointment I'm a trainer. I don't go to physical therapy for that. Now, I will say, if I were a hot 20-something boy or a celebrity, the attention paid would be much different I've seen that repeatedly. I went there for several issues - it is the go-to for performers - and I never got lasting effects for any of those issues. Eventually, friends recommended a new facility, which I tried, and I discovered all of the care and knowledge that is sadly missing at Neurosport.
