I had my AC serviced for the first time since moving in (so at least 3 years). The Neptune representatives who visited were polite and efficient, and my AC is running much better than it was before. I used to have to put it down to the lowest setting to feel cold at all, and now I am feeling cold when it is set to 70 degrees. I would recommend Neptune.

I had Neptune pick up and deep clean 4 of my window A/C units. They were super easy to coordinate with, quick turnaround (picked up on a Saturday and were back the next week), and reinstalled the units quickly and securely. I'm very satisfied and would recommend them to others.
