I’m really disappointed with my appointment last night. I asked for a specific length but when I got home I noticed my hair was very uneven. The back is extremely short and the front is much longer. I even asked during the appointment if it was even and instead of addressing my concern seriously they laughed and kept going.
On top of that they wouldn’t accept my Zelle payment so I had to walk to an ATM late at night which was frustrating. I was quoted 220 over the phone but when I arrived and asked for human boho they pulled out two tiny bundles and charged me an extra 50 making my total 270.

I recently came in to get Boho knotless braids and I'm beyond disappointed with how everything came out. I saw an IG ad that mentioned they also do a wash so I requested that as well.
I'll start with the positives and then move on to my concerns.
1. Ms. Kwamie is sweet and accommodating, but she didn't braid my hair so I can't speak to her skill though I'm sure she's good.
2. They keep the salon clean and they have a lot of braiders who seem to get through the hair quickly.
For the negatives:
1. I got my hair done on Thursday night and it's Tuesday as I write this review (4 days later) and my hair has shed so much, it's ridiculous. Ms. Kwamie agreed...read full review
