I’ve been a loyal Nappstar client for about two years now, and my recent visit to the Baltimore location reminded me exactly why. From the moment I walked in, everything flowed smoothly—no wait for my scheduled appointment, and a warm welcome right at the front desk. I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name (the handsome one!), but I won’t forget his kindness. I always leave feeling beautiful. Their stylist are very professional and shares tips to keep your locs healthy and beautiful. Nice atmosphere also. I've been to both the Baltimore and Waldorf locations.

I visited the salon for the first time today and I will definitely be back. The service was amazing and timing was pretty good as well I really have zero complaints. Ira and Mimi provided great hospitality and service. Betty did great with my style and Andrea was bringing great vibes. S/O to all the ladies. ?
