The Biggest Turn Off Is When Someone Pressures You To Tip Them and show an unpleasant attitude when they dont get the tip they want.

First of all to give a tip is a choice by the customer it is not mandatory especially after you are paying the initial requested amount of the service you received without asking for a discount.

Second, if you actually do tip there is no reason for you to 1. Respond to the amount given 2. Suggest to the customer a higher tip. Unacceptable.

I stopped yelping a decade ago because I don't like to make things harder for small businesses, but wow this place was disappointing. I will say it was clean and comfortable, but my nails look awful. I came in for a dip powder manicure, which they assured me they could handle. They struggled to remove the old polish, and the nail tech left a lot of material on the nail. Rather than cleaning them properly, she put on a crazy number of layers of power, filed it, and then finished with multiple layers of gel top coat. My nails are crazy thick now and still wildly lumpy. None of them are in a consistent shape, either. Some are round, some are pointy and sharp, some are completely jagged and asymmetrical. They were also a bit sloppy with the liquid materials, and my fingers felt like they had glue all over them when I left.

The staff was pretty nice but French manicure was bad. The white lines are uneven and the base got white nail polish streaks mixed in.
Also this store seemed like it was using very old nail polish. For cost, it is not worth it. Rather, pay more and get a good job done.
