I used MyClean for the first time and the company itself has been so kind and really really quick with responding to all my questions and needs. I really like the fact that I can text them and send photos to ask specific questions. The only reason I’m not giving them five stars is because the first Cleaner that I had come to the house did a horrible job and I genuinely have no idea what she cleaned during her time here because all I saw was my bed changed in my bathroom garbage taken out. I immediately communicated with the company and sent photos and they hopped right on. We just moved back to the city and started MyClean again! We just had an incredible standard clean for our 3bd/1ba apartment (with two kids and a dog, it can get quite messy!) and Oshea Womber knocked it out of the park, leaving it pristine and smelling amazing in here. We can't wait to host our friends over now for a housewarming! THANK YOU!

I've been using MyClean for several years after our longtime cleaner retired. The service is easy to use and efficient, particularly if you're looking for a recurring clean (we do every two weeks), allowing you to set up your day and time preferences. Obviously each cleaner is different, so some are better than others, but it does allow you to select a preferred cleaner (we use the wonderful Chanmatee). Obviously this can take some trial and error but I've generally found the cleaners to be good and on the rare occasion I was not pleased the service worked with me to correct the issue.
