Doesn't do lexus keys. Doesn't know anyone in the area that does. Person on the phone was curt and unhelpful not giving me a minute of his time when we were stranded a few blocks from his store. How can a key maker not even know any key makers that do cars when they don’t. I was a store owner and always helped people find things I didn’t carry.

The locksmith uses a calling center to take incoming calls, i found my time on the phone very unpleasant. I wanted to get my key copied and was told they were available all day. I traveled to the store to find them closed all day. I called again to ask if they had another location and i was hung up on.
