They ruined my shirt. I understand accidents happen. My issue is that they didnt acknowledge it, hid it among the rest of the clothes - unethical and particularly uncalled for given their high prices. Separately - they are pushy about insisting to dry clean items that don’t call for dry cleaning. I cannot recommend. If you go there: check items before you leave.
My review is just for the tailor Kevin! He is sincerely the best tailor I have ever used. I work in fashion and I am extremely picky and specific on the fit of my clothes. He really listens and does a fantastic job! Complete professional... highly recommend!!
My first experience here was great. The owner was very friendly and the service was fairly priced. I got my suits dry-cleaned in a very timely manner. I would definitely come back again!
