They were able to handle multiple units at once which saved me a lot of time. The work quality is solid - tenants have been really happy with the updates. Kitchens and bathrooms all look great and the closet systems are perfect.
Good communication, stayed pretty much on schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. Price was reasonable for the amount of work involved.
