Dr Altstein is pleasant, professional and thorough. He has been my go-to MD for years.
Dr Catalano is my favorite physician of all time. (I am 63). Her passion for her work is amazing. The world would be a much better place if more people brought her kind of joy to work each day!
The office itself is always a positive experience. The space is comfortable.
The staff is pleasant and efficient.
I have never had to wait more than a few minutes.
I wanted to thank the doctors at Mount Sinai on west 23rd st and tell them how grateful I am with their services.
The wait time is non existent as you are seen quite quickly. As busy as the front desk is, they still take their time to assist you with checking in and any other issues you might have with insurance.
You see your physician pretty quickly and they seem to really listen to your ailments and concerns.
I truly do recommend anyone that is looking for first time selecting a doctor or not fully content with their current care to give Doctors at Mount Sinai west 23rd a change.
I thought that the representative were nice to me. The doctor was very informative about my situation, an he wasn't just willing do surgery yet. He wants me to come back in three weeks so he can see whats happening with my foot.
