Amazing and quick service! They told me to check my new keys at home and if something is wrong they will fix them. 5 duplicates were made, a few were not working, I stopped by the next day and they fixed them within a few minutes

I locked myself out of my apartment when I left for work on a Saturday and called Monkeys for their great reviews and open hours. I needed someone to come at 10:15pm and Mike the owner was kind enough to agree even though it was technically after hours. But somehow miraculously my boyfriend was able to pick open my door before Mike arrived. Although I no longer needed the service, I am so grateful for Mike to have made the trip and for me to have peace of mind that someone reliable will be able to open my door. Thank you Mike!!

Absolutely saved the day. Very efficient, responsive, and very nice -- I was out of town and they were still able to get the lock changed so my kid could get into the apt (thanks to my great doorman as well!). We will definitely using them for all our locksmith needs!
