ZERO star. Staff is rude. Doctor's weave stains on her blouse. The office and doctor seem dirty. I was afraid to let her touch me. Came for an annual check up (expected lab tests) bc it was in my neighborhood. Before showing up, I made sure with the staff that there should not be any copay. Showed up 30 mins before the appointment, doctor was not ready till 30 mins after the appointment time. The staff now told me that I have to pay out of pocket for some lab tests, but she wasn't sure which ones were covered by insurance or not. Spent 30 mins on the phone with my insurance to check which tests would be covered, nailed that down. After that, waited for another... read full review

Dr. McDaniel and her staff are extremely helpful, warm, and awesome!! There was a problem with my insurance but they worked really hard to fix it and made sure that I was seen. Recommended to all my friends. Excited to go back again soon!
