I’ve been going to this Nail Salon for several years now. They recently renovated and it is absolutely beautiful. I’ve used two nail technicians that are just excellent, Maria and Andy. It’s a very lovely low-key salon where you feel very comfortable in a very relaxed environment.

When I see negative reviews I know that at times, anyone working in an establishment can have a bad day. That being said, if you are employed in the service industry, good customer service comes first. This is the Upper West Side of Manhattan. You are going to have to deal with dozens of different people with different personalities day after day. With the exception of dealing with patrons who are downright disrespectful, you should smile and do your job. Allowing a prior bad experience with a customer to negatively dictate the rest of your interactions with people, is bad for business. You are not going to be able to please everyone.
