They lie about wait times a lot. So don’t come here right before plans. Whatever time they tell you..double it. And prices have sky rocketed since last year. You might as well get a cut or style anywhere else instead of making your way all the way over here.

this was my second visit to this salon, and their service was consistently outstanding—101/100! Kevin, my hairstylist, did an amazing job and gave me exactly the cut I wanted based on the photo I showed him. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and honestly, I don’t mind waiting for this kind of quality. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Took a teenage family member who saw the $25 blowout experience on tik tok and figured I'd do it too while I'm there. I called before going to make an appointment for her (she was getting color) and learned the blowout price has since doubled. Not a big deal. Also they charge you for services a la carte. We had a quote of 80 for color and after asking for a cut, it went up to 140. You get exactly was is shown in the video, the head and shoulder massage, shampoo, condition, and then they blow out. This is a salon where they don't use any styling or finishing product on your hair so if you have a hair texture that needs product do not come here. Hairspray and finger style at the end. My hair is straight and it looked nice. My teen has fine curly hair and she felt hers could've used more effort. I agree.

Please don’t come here. Don’t let the TikTok hype fool you. The person at the front desk doesn’t even let you speak to let him know what you even want. Suddenly, you’re rushed to the lady who will massage your back/neck for 10 minutes. Who will then proceed to shampoo your air and scratch/massage your scalp for another 10 minutes in the styling chair. Now, off you go to get the real shampoo/condition experience in the real chair. The lady will wash about your hair about twice again, then conditioned your hair. Last but not least your’re sent to your haircut/blow dry guy who can’t even speak English or understand English but magically will know exactly what to do with your hair. Just know that $65 later and a forced tip by the front desk guy wasn’t worth it. I don’t know what cut the guy gave me. It shorter, and I have two pieces of short hair in the front that was suppose to resemble curtain bags. I have 3a/3b hair, and I walked out that hair salon like my hair wasn’t done because they know how to put heat on this type of hair. It was frizzy and a mess. Plus they don’t add anything to your hair before blow drying it. You have been warned !

i came here because of tiktok, safe to say never again. the lady doing my hair was telling her friend that i was “indian”, complaining about my long hair and how it was a mess (i had it in a ponytail before i came in and they didn’t even brush it first just went straight into messing my hair around.) then i heard and saw her yank CHUNKS of my hair out. i was almost in tears because i would’ve never expected this. she then passed me onto some guy to furthermore keep staring at me with a nasty look. also two men walk around the salon back and forth to stare over every. single. stylist. while also stealing money out of the tip jar. this place is truly something else…
