I wanted to take a moment of time out of my day and give profound thanks to Nicole a coordinator and Kathy with Dr Boire at MSK. You know trying to navigate cancer care, oncologists, medical reports, etc. are daunting enough..... but when you have two of those most amazing and caring individuals virtually holding your hand and telling you it will be ok.... let me help you with this.. it speaks volumes of not only how difficult their jobs are but what amazing human beings they truly are.... feeling blessed!
I have been coming here for the past 3 years and my appointments have never started on time.
The care is decent and facilities are well maintained though. Just make sure you budget more time away from your family and from your work for appointments because there’s almost always delays/longer than expected wait times. I call it the cost of needing managed care
Went here for some bloodwork on 8/5/25. My veins are extremely uncooperative and I’m always worried about the several jabs needed. Not that day. I was fortunate phlebotomist Tammy Holmes was on duty that day. (Her ID says “Medical Coordinator). She was polite, caring and an expert in jabs. I didn’t even feel it. Kudos and thanks to Tammy!
