I made a reservation online for a manicure days in advance and three hours before my appointment I received a notification that my appointment was cancelled. When I called to inquire they said that everyone was busy, and that they don't actually give regular manicures.

I absolutely love this nail salon! The customer service is always amazing — everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They really take their time to make sure every detail is perfect, and it shows in the results. My nails always look flawless and last so long. It’s such a relaxing and enjoyable experience every time I go. Definitely my favorite spot on the Upper West Side! 💅✨

Horrible customer service. Won’t let you make an appointment and even if you do, they tell you they won’t be able to see you now and to “just come back later” with no time given. Always super rude. Too many nail salons in the neighborhood, not worth your business.
Just to edit: This is certainly not the first time I’ve been treated this way here before and I’ve always been nothing but super gracious to the staff.
Let me point out that I book appointments through their website based on the available services and time slots. If a time and service is offered and reserved - I have every right and expectation to be seen for it. I did not set this system up - they did. How can I be expected to know what they consider a “rush hour” or what services are worth their time.
I hope that other costumers can understand that there is a genuine lack of respect shown for them and their time. I don’t need your “well wishes”.

Always a good experience at Meet Me! I’ve gotten several services there and have always had good results every time! They were very accommodating when my mom’s flight was cancelled and I had to reschedule (more than once) and the services are always efficient and high quality!
Susan did our manicures today, and she was great — Kelly is great too!
