This salon truly deserves recognition! I managed to secure a gel pedicure appointment on New Year's Day morning, a time when most other places were closed for the holiday. The salon might not be very flashy, but it's fully equipped and incredibly CLEAN – a standout quality I look for in salons! Every tool they used were single-use tools, which is not something you see often, and I really appreciated that. They do a good job for a reasonable price.I have two issues with them.1. The pedicure fans on the wooden drying station are so weak that they are basically not detectable. Useless.ETA about the salon’s response: the fan was clearly on (the blue light was on, on the button). I tried moving my feet around a wide radius and still felt nothing.2. HEADS UP: Kelly is very good! But she appears to be the only person who can handle the phones and walk-ins, appointments etc.So, if the place is short staffed (which they often seem to be), she will spend FAR more time dealing with that, than working on the customer in front of her.Today I had a pedicure appointment.
