Mark was the utmost professional. His staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. But most importantly, substantively, Mark has a mastery of forensic accounting. He was able to explain clearly and concisely both the conclusions he had come to as well as the reasons why he had come to those conclusions. And he came prepared to my divorce litigation, with both document and testimonial evidence. I truly believe that but for Mark's testimony in my divorce hearing and his supportive findings regarding my ex-husband's individually held business, I would never have received the alimony award and property division that I did.

My lawyers and I hired Mark Gottlieb at MSG for what turned out to be a very contested shareholder dispute. Our matter involved the valuation of several closely-held businesses. Mark and his team are exceptional. His report is concise, informative, and spot one all of the issues that drive valuation. It was a far superior report as compared to the adversary. We had multiple days of testimony, but the proof of the pudding was when opposing counsel stopped Mark as he left the witness stand on his last day of testimony and asked him for his business card. In every instance I have found Mark and his firm to be very responsive to my concerns and needs. Forensic investigations are very different than the common place accounting services.
