I have been going to Lucille for almost 4 years religiously because of how incredible her work is! She's extremely detail oriented and always makes sure I leave the salon with exactly what I was looking for.
The salon itself is gorgeous and the staff is always so welcoming and polite. This is the only salon I go to in New York and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a new salon, as well as going to see Lucille for any color transformations!
It was my first time at the salon today and I had a serious time crunch with my schedule and all the people that I worked with including Cherise, J, Emerald and Clara, ( hope i got Those last two names right!) Were all so accommodating to my time crunch and everybody was so professional and lovely to work with. I got a full blonde highlight and blowout and I absolutely love how it turned out. The salon is clean, beautiful and lively, and everyone has a good attitude and truly cares about their clients!! 10/10 reccomend.
Love this salon! Super clean and pretty! Love the stuff they are very professional and friendly. Best salon in NYC to get color, highlights and haircut! They are very patient and listen to deliver what you want! Definitely worth to give it a try!!
