Great vibe — excellent trainers that inspire and well informed — and personal attention.

I've been going to MFF since starting Snatched in 2014. The irreverent approach to making fitness fun plus the training on good form and technique kept me coming back for more. In fact, I feel like at this point I am confident every time I workout with instruction I received over the years. The part I didn't expect was the community and friendships I've built going to MFF. I love MFF and would recommend anyone to give it a try!

Such a special place. I started here so out of shape and always felt welcome! Gained so much confidence and strength. Can't recommend enough. Also, if you are an actor - you can make lots of other performer friends here! <3

What a joyful place to workout! I have been a long term member and am proud to say I actually use my gym membership and have been injury free my entire time at MFF! The instructors are all caring, fun, and teach you how to maintain your form all while continuing to challenge you. This gym is unlike any other in NYC!

After trying a free “Ninja Essentials” class through an Instagram, I was hooked on this studio! I signed up for the intro pack for Mark Fitness fitness, which is $100 for 3 group fitness classes and 3 small group personal training classes.I can’t recommend this studio enough. The classes feel so inclusive and really encourage everyone to go at their own pace, modify how is best for them, and ask any questions they might need to. I’m not sure how to put my finger on it but, even though every studio would say this, I really feel the inclusivity and flexibility here. You can also really sense the community that this studio has created. People hang out outside of classes and seem really interested in each others lives. Looking forward to continuing to be a part of it!

A great, accepting fitness studio where the instructors really make sure that you're safe as you're working hard.
