I got married in the beginning of February and when starting to plan my wedding I felt totally overwhelmed. I do not live in Manhattan, NYC so I had no idea who to pick for Hair and Make up and what to do. I just simply googled what I was looking for Julie is AMAZING!! This place will make you feel like a model waiting to walk the runway. Awesome team so easy to work with.Sasha and Kathy was able to give us the beautiful, glam looks that we wanted. All of us looked smashing and yet our looks were totally different from each other. They were able to tailor each look with our requests and looks! Great overall experience! I worked with gorgeous bride for my wedding make up. The owner was nice in the beginning but when i went do my trial session he acted very weird about the payment. We were supposed to be ten girls having make up for the wedding and in the beginning he said that they have discount for groups but then he said that the discount was for hair and make up, not only make up. He wanted us to pay the whole amount of money all together on that day. He said he wouldnt make us pay the fake eye lashes but then when we said that maybe since we wouldnt have a discount we would have been less than ten people, he charged us for the eye lashes. It was very unpleasant. On the other hand, the artist we had was AMAZING! Her name is Adriana and i really really recommend her! She did a wonderful job, she was extremely nice and professional, she answered all my questions and gave me useful tips about make up. I wish i could have her in my bathroom every morning! :) Gorgeous Bride is also the cheapest place i found for brides make up in new york, the price for the bride is 175$, other places i checked were starting from 250$.
