Their pricing was fair, and they were always respectful, which I really appreciated. They installed engineered wood floors, new baseboards, and picture molding for an accent wall in my Manhattan apartment-and the transformation is incredible. Anthony & Cesar went above and beyond to work with a tight turnaround and deliver quality results. I was faced with the challenge of water damage on a portion of my floors and although 5 out of 6 contractors told me the damages were irreversible and that vinyl was my only option with my given timeframe - MakeReady was the only one to say they could repair and/or replace parquet and bamboo with new hardwood flooring within a week. Anthony answered my plethora of questions thoroughly and was really communicative throughout the process. Furthermore, they even came back to repair a missed crack after install and move in. MakeReady came highly recommended and exceeded expectations.
