Worse place ever and a complete scam. They just want to sell you packages and they do not have the credentials for laser hair removal. they used wrong lasers - mgmt is the worst.

Hilda and her staff are amazing people. I went for the laser treatment and within the 1st treatment saw great results. Hilda takes her time and explains everything to you before you get your services. As far as people going for acne treatments or botox on a groupon, why would you do that ? This is your face you're talking about you need to invest the money in order to get great results. And then to post pad reviews? I think most of the people that order groupon for these kinds of services never return to the place because they just want a discount

My experience was making the appointment and Arriving to my appointment was pleasant. However, the service and product was not at all delivered. I have received Botox for 5+ years at least 2-3 times a year. This was the first time I left the office with many bruises and bumps beyond a couple days. In fact the bruising stayed for about three and a half weeks. In addition to the excessive bruising, my results were non existent. In fact, My wrinkles were not affected by their product one bit and were just as apparent after the treatment the treatment I received at Hilda Dermirjian. Even a month and a half after. Leads me to one of two points or both. The women who injected me,did not do so properly and/or she was Injecting a product that was a dud. Please refund me or honor what was supposed to be honored!

I absolutely love this place! I had Jeanne who really took care of my skin and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire microdermabrasion. It can be a challenge to find the best licensed medical aesthetician. Jeanne is the Best! Wonderful, warm and friendly and will answer any of your questions. Ladies this is the place to get treatments.

I initially went to MSLC after purchasing a Groupon for hair removal about a year ago. Since that time, I have purchased packages directly from MSLC. The office is nice, bright and clean. The experience was professionally delivered and I am happy with the results. Jeanne (my technician) was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Jeanne made me feel very comfortable, which was important to me since I was having multiple areas done. The receptionists were also great. Many thanks to Jeanne and the staff at MSLC. I highly recommend this MSLC as they exceeded my expectations!

Got a groupon for laser hair removal, went in for my underarms. There was some confusion and I was given the wrong paperwork for side effects to expect but otherwise, it's clean, you don't wait long and they are nice.

For the sake of your skin and appearance -- avoid this place. I made the unfortunate mistake of having laser hair removal treatment here. The entire experience was traumatic, from the unprofessional aesthetician causing an inhuman degree of pain, to the after effect of her treatment. I have had the procedure done before before I moved to New York and have never before experienced pain like this. She clearly did not have a sense of how to use the equipment. As a result of this laser "hack job" she burned my skin and left an indented scar. Please, for your own health, avoid this place and go ANYWHERE else, preferably somewhere with a licensed dermatologist on the premises.

I used a Groupon for laser hair removal here. They have really good laser technology -- more up-to-date than other places I have been. The location is clean and the staff was helpful. Definitely recommended.
