This is a great option price wise. The hair colors and the people are great, Once you get their attention. Just know there is a bit of a learning curve and not much is explained. For example, when they finished washing my hair the first time, they kept saying comb or brush. I didn’t understand what they wanted. So all they did was keep repeating comb or brush. Finally I said comb, and they handed me a comb and walked away. OK. Ummm. Is this a gift? Nope, definitely used. I had scheduled a blow Out, and just kind of stood there confused. Finally I asked and they explained the blowout did not go through the system, and pointed me to the hairdryers to do it myself. Apparently the app has issues… so that was that. Not cool. And that area where the common blow dryers are tends to be a little messy and not clean. I feel this place has a lot of potential, but maybe they just don’t have enough people. And a glitchy app that no one seems to think is their problem. Overall, worth the price if you go every six weeks, get to know the system, and know the app is glitchy. I do feel it could get five stars so easily!

Great value in the membership options at Madison Reed. Staff are always attentive and very easy to book, check in and out .
I find the hair wash station to be just meh. I’ve had to ask for a good post color wash, otherwise it feels like they’re barely washing… I have a lot of hair.
The dry station always looks dirty, hair everywhere.

This place is good for full coloring and root top chips. What I wanted was highlights. They no longer do highlights in the back of the head only in the front, which is ridiculous. They are not highlight specialist and $250 later you also will conclude that you should’ve gone somewhere else
