This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave such a negative review about a product. If you have any other option, do not buy from LV Wood. They will happily take your money, deliver a poor-quality product, and then leave you to deal with the consequences on your own.
The salespeople were friendly and attentive—right up until the moment I signed the paperwork. After the floor was installed, we discovered several major issues with the product. Instead of acknowledging that their flooring might have defects, the owner of LV Wood immediately blamed me and my contractor.

I really wanted to have a great experience with LV Wood -- their wood samples are gorgeous and the people I dealt with were all extremely nice, but I ended up having to return TWO batches of reclaimed wood that was clearly not what I asked for and ultimately go with a different vendor.That's the short version. The long version is that I had to replace a section of the flooring in my apartment and was looking to match the reclaimed oak I'd installed from a different vendor ages ago. I sent photos and ordered reclaimed, remilled oak -- adding 20% waste to accommodate the quirks of reclaimed wood. I've had my LV Wood Hakwood flooring for 10 years now, and it is by far the best purchase and investment we made in our home. It looks as beautiful now as it did when it was installed. I'm so happy we worked with LV Wood, my only reason for 4 stars is that I was not using a designer at the time and found the process a little confusing, wish LV had been a little more "user friendly" otherwise, no complaints.
