I am beyond disappointed with Luxottica’s customer service and warranty process. My prescription lenses — which are peeling, yellowing, and clearly defective — failed within two years, which falls under their own warranty policy. Yet instead of standing behind their product, I’ve been sent in circles.
After submitting photos, explanations, and all required information, Luxottica replied only to say they “do not deal with prescription lenses” and that I should contact the retailer. If that’s the case, why make customers go through the entire claims process? Why not state that upfront? The experience felt like nothing more than a delay tactic.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I have owned Rayban sunglasses for the past 40 years and try to have a pair of glasses fixed. It took them over two months to return them and they never fixed them. They indicated I didn’t have a proper service form. I will never buy another brand from this company Again. I’m also out the shipping cost.

I bought AI glasses from them in June 2025, by September 2025 the glasses didn't work anymore. I send them an email explaining what happened, and they told me that the warranty didn't cover the fact that the glasses didn't work anymore.
They offered me to buy new ones at a discounted rate. $221.00.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
