I have been to Spinelli twice now and experienced top notch service from one of the sales rep Austin. His enthusiasm and dedication to helping me find the perfect ring is unmatched. I brought my cousin a few weeks back, even though Austin was not there he made sure we were taken care of as if he were. I will always recommend this company and I add it to my list as a place to stop by whenever I visit the city.

Was eyeing a few rings online and went in store. Keisha was amazing and brought out a lot of other rings to try, and helped take photos of them on my hands so I could ask my friends and decide later. Keisha was also super responsive over email about any questions and potential customizations. Came back in after I made a decision and while I was finishing the champagne, tried on some different styles of rings I wouldn't have tried otherwise! Overall so fun. Sometimes going into luxury stores can be nervewracking but I had a great time.

We took a trip to NYC with the intention of going into this shop and let me just say-it did not disappoint!! The jewelry choices were amazing and so beautiful! Professional and friendly staff. Great customer service! Keisha is the best :). Will look forward to another visit!
