The NYC team is kind, caring, dedicated, and hardworking, going incredible lengths to make you look and feel your most beautiful self. As an actress who has suffered with Trichotillomania for 18+ years, getting the LE system was the best decision I ever made for myself. After suffering with bad hair forever and most recently, even more thinning, finding Lucinda Ellery is the answer to my prayers. After getting my system, I loved my hair for the very first time in my whole entire life. I have confidence and feel so much more attractive with my system. The ladies that work at LE are compassionate and understanding about how a woman's hair loss affects her life and her feelings about herself. Highly recommend!

Lucinda Ellery in New York has changed my life! When I first walked in, being a 23 year old with hair loss, I was so embarrassed and worried about my options. The staff and the environment here instantly made me feel comfortable. They answered all of my questions (and I had many) and listed my options without pushing me to do anything! I ended up getting the extensions and they have helped me feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin, which is something I struggled with for a long time because of my hair loss!
