yari was amazingggg the whole crew was fabulous from start to finish. yari was super gentle and explained everything to me, and gave me the hair i’ve always wanted. i came in with fine thin hair and left with full beautiful full pink hair! robert was also amazing, he and yari mixed my color amazingly and gave me exactly what i wanted. claudia was also excellent and explained everything to me during my first wash. i would recommend lucinda ellery to everyone i know! don’t be afraid to ask them for your dream hair :)
