I was heading to the subway after purchasing some Easter chocolate for my niece from Neuhaus when I passed their window display. Setting off a light bulb that my sister’s birthday was later that week. It was just after 11am on a Saturday & the store was pretty quiet. I guess they just opened since I heard employees in the back talking about coffee. Which was perfect for me. I was able to browse uninterrupted by any sales people. I came here twice. The sales rep Tatyana was perfection! Professional, relatable and super nice. What an awesome experience twice. I will definitely return here. Tatyana’s customer service was top notch. Truly impeccable. Thank you so much!
